DoviLearn is a Nigerian best startup that offers e-learning services to Nigerian students. TThe startup was founded by Okeke Vincent Chidozie. DoviLearn has served more than 25,000 users since the launch. Moreover, the startup operates its website which allows people in Nigerian to access online courses of their choice within the portal. DoviLearn was founded with the main goal of making online education accessible in African states. The startup is finalizing on plans to extend its services to other parts across Africa. Therefore, it plans to start with South Africa.
The platform is also planning to have a slight change in its mode of the platform. This is by making most of its courses free. This means that learners can access online courses on the platform without paying any charges. But they will charge $10 to have a certificate of completing training which is optional for users. Users can enroll for as many online courses as they wish for free. Getting a certificate of completion is not a necessity.
The startup gives quality online courses across many fields. The fields include both soft skills and professional. Users can go through the classes using PCs, tablets or smartphones. The whole process is automated, with a fast Learning Management System (LMS). The startup will welcome NGOs, government, and businesses that have interest in sponsoring the creation of more free courses on the portal. This will help in increasing quality online education in Nigeria and Africa as a whole. Currently, the startup is working on making the platform popular. They are doing that by using quality soft skills and business-related courses. This will champion the entrepreneurial movement in Nigeria. Skills allow individuals to venture into any anything. The startup has received a huge demand for courses on various kinds of farming business and other business related course.
