Genesysignite Tech Conference Rewards Three Startups with Seed Investment

GenesysIGNITE tech conference which will be organized by Genesys Tech Hub in partnership with CFAtech.ng at the Coal City of Enugu will take place on 15th December 2017 at exactly 10 am. During the event three startups shortlisted for the competition by a panel of judges for will take home a seed investment of $30, 000.

A total of 147 startups registered for the competition out of which nine were selected to pitch they included; Tutor Finder and Farm Market, Uzaali, Playjoor, Gallantry Sphere, Matta and House of Uwe. They will be in front of a panel of judges that comprises of   Kayode Oyewole, Manager at Ventures Platform; Uche Aniche, Founder of Startups South; Obi Asika, Chairman of Dragon Africa; and Chukwuemeka Fred Agbata Jnr., Presenter, Tech Trends on Channels TV, Manager at Heartland Incubation Hub (Oluaka) and Mohammed Ibrahim, Founder of Startup Arewa; Ommo Clark, CEO of iBez Solutions; Kolapo Ogungbile.

There is hope that the judges will do recommendable work given their wealth of experience and credibility according to Kingsley Eze, Founder of GenesysTechHub. The presence of the judges will hence inspire the invited and selected startups as well as the South East tech community at large. 2017 event is unique given the quality of the startups that joined for the competition through a number of them need the right way of improving their ventures, and that is exactly what is offered at the Genesys Tech Hub’s incubation center.

The main aim is to talk about the latest technology developments as they affect the region and to instill professionalism more so to the participating startups according to Chukwuemeka Fred Agbata Jnr., Presenter, and Tech Trends on Channels TV.
