The only way to get the best information from Sam is by engaging it most of the time. It will offer you any information on the flight, security, hotels, to the local weather. Smartphone usage is moving more to the messaging approach. Many people prefer to communicate through an app rather than making a voice call. In fact, it is predicted that communication will be via text or voice calls by 2020.

 

Besides, all the information required by the traveler is centrally located within Sam app. That makes it easier for one to retrieve the message at any required time. Therefore, it will enable users to take steps that are in line with the policy which will help to support the duty of care. Moreover, it will ensure that there is improved compliance. Lastly, it will control the cost of conversation.
