Launched in March 2016, the platform had significantly grown by April 2017. The platform is used as an airtime transfer network by almost 400 mobile operators.

It has 4.5 billion prepaid phone users in more than 140 countries. From the 140 countries, 40 of them are from Africa. Takwana Tyaranini, one of the co-founders, announced that the platform had received $1 million of investment. The announcement was made on 17th January 2017 in Takwana’s Facebook page. Client’s commitment influenced investor’s decision with the larger percentage.

The daily $2 purchases made by the customers from the platform were valuable to the investors. The value of the purchases shows the platform’s commitment to service delivery.  The move has helped the users at a greater margin. There are cases where the send airtime does not reach the expected person on time. This inconveniences the user since they have to wait for long. However, Senditoo came in to rectify that and offer reliable and quick service to the users.

The application can be downloaded from Google Playstore. Both the Android and other smartphones run the app. There have been 5,000 downloads of the mobile applications so far. This is according to data from Google Playstore. There have been around 5,100 people who have visited the platform’s website. This is according to data released by SimilarWeb. The number justifies the fact that most people are much into the platform. The founders are hoping to work more on the platform to improve its efficiency.
