Share

TechInAfrica – Kauai, a South Africa’s biggest restaurant group that operates under Real Foods, has announced the launch of Kauai app in order to better serve its customers. Through the new app, customers can order their favorite healthy meals, snacks, and beverages at Kauai 10 – 20 minutes ahead. Moreover, they can also choose when to collect their meals.

“We’re seeing a growing trend of customers who don’t want to compromise on healthy eating, but that is also extremely busy and pressed for time. The new Kauai app helps our customers save time by letting them order in the app. It also allows us to reward and connect with our loyal customers,” said Dean Kowarski, CEO of Real Foods.

Kauai app features a rewards program that will give cashback on all purchases for its customers. More interestingly, it also has three status levels that are based on how frequent customers use the app.

The first level is Green which allows qualified customers to have free coffee on their birthday. The next level, Gold, enables qualified customers to get a free smoothie on their birthday as well as a free snack as soon as they achieve the Gold status. The last level, black, allows qualified customers to receive a reusable smoothie cup as well as a free coffee and breakfast on their birthday.

Furthermore, all of the app users will also have exclusive access to member-only offers and early menu previews. As for Gold & Black users, they are qualified for additional offers as well as special events of Kauai.

The app also allows customers to pay with the app in-store as well as send Kauai gift vouchers to their friends or family. Currently, Kauai app can be downloaded for free both on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
