As AGM and Head of Group Organization Development, Information System and Operational of Byblos Bank, Raffoul Raffoul stated that the digital change is needed due to the rapid change of a marketplace. The speed is needed, not only to offer change and functionality demands but also to the need for an online training solution. Shortly, it is the best call for the bank to sign for the TLC Engine in a hope that it can be a solution to educate their employees. Furthermore, they will maximize the use of the TLC Engine to meet with their needs.
