Tonaton now becomes Ghana’s largest property vertical after it partnered with various real estate developer in Ghana. Therefore, it will remain a top property vertical for real estate agents, renters and property buyers. Moreover, it will move from its current classification in the marketplace hence boosting its market share.

According to the new development page opened for all partners, Tonaton will allow the developers to upload 25 high-quality images per portfolio project. The platform will enable citizens of Ghana to buy and sell properties. The images that partners upload will showcase their work to potential buyers. Moreover, the partners will also highlight essential information for buyers. The features will include the number of units, the price of a property, available facilities and other relevant information.

Besides, the development page which showcases the projects from partners will fasten the process of selling properties. According to the head of Tonaton Property, Kwaku Amponsah Aquilla, he views the new page will provide space for advertising Tonaton.

The managing director of Tonaton, Zubair Riaz also urged the developers to embrace online marketing. He also said that the company has laid down strategies to ensure all real estate developers benefit from the new platform

The buyers and developers will now connect at a click of a button. The platform will help real estate developers to reach more people online.

Currently, Tonaton records 38 million views on its pages and has placed more than 6,000 property ads. Moreover, the website has 350,000 property buyers who have shown interest in purchasing a property.
