Additionally, it can also be used to direct visitors to the most relevant products they request. It could even give different greetings and mention ongoing sales.

The bot that is used to lead generation with the ability to integrating with most lead generation strategies, from social media to content marketing. It’s usually used as a content marketing strategy to make more visibility of a brand or company. The bots can handle different channels and connect with customers over the conversation.
