AIM Technologies an Egypt tech company has completed an undisclosed raise led by the new Egypt VC Sequence Ventures.  AIM Technologies was founded by John Saad and Mohamed Moaz in 2018. The company offers an end-to-end automated customer research tool offering its customers multi-lingual text analytics solutions.

Sequence Ventures is an Egypt-based VC that focuses on early-stage startups. AIM Technologies is the first investment of its portfolio. The venture capital firm will raise $31.76 million over the next three to five years where the first tranche of capital raised is $9.5 million. Deploying this capital in Egyptian startups is transformational and crucial sectors of the economy such as fintech, artificial intelligence, logistics, edtech, and  dev-ops.

AIM Technologies is among the first customer experience platforms for MENA that has introduced a multi-lingual  text analytics solution of great accuracy in Arabic. The company looks to harness the power of AI in developing fully automated customer insights and action platforms that help brands enhance their customer experience. AIM Techologies proprietary engine was developed with over 9 billion words. Over the last two years the company has monitored 2,000 brands capturing 300,000 research customer voices serving over 20 large enterprisesacross 5 countries in the region.
