NABAN Partners with Bellatrix to Invest N$450,000 in Namibia’s Early-Stage Startups and Boost Entrepreneurial Growth

The Namibia Business Angel Network (NABAN) has announced an exciting three-year partnership with Bellatrix SME Finance and Bellatrix Investment Managers, revealed at the most recent Startup Success Series event. The collaboration is set to invest N$450,000 in early-stage innovation in Namibia, with Bellatrix Capital now serving as NABAN’s new anchor sponsor.

This partnership seeks to bolster Namibia’s startup ecosystem by providing entrepreneurs with the necessary resources and networks to build scalable and sustainable businesses. Together, NABAN and Bellatrix will organize a variety of events, including pitch sessions, Startup Success Series editions, and investor meetups, all designed to foster the growth of investable ventures.

In addition to these events, the collaboration will focus on enhancing the capacity of founders through finance-readiness workshops, mentorship programs, and initiatives aimed at increasing investor engagement. The partnership also intends to improve access to flexible financing options tailored for growth and impact-focused startups.

NABAN commented on the initiative, highlighting that the collaboration embodies a shared belief in the power of smart capital, robust networks, and entrepreneurial resilience. As Namibia’s startup ecosystem continues to evolve, this partnership is positioned to play a vital role in shaping the country’s entrepreneurial landscape.
