The adoption of advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud technology change the lifestyle of people. From Accenture Technology’s annual report, the company encourages the identification technological trends that will cause rapid business improvements and disruption of businesses.

According to Accenture Technology’s managing director, Willie Schoeman, he said that 80% of South African businesses continue to adopt new technologies. Besides, the companies agree that the technologies help in solving people’s daily lives. Moreover, he said that Discovery startup gives the best example of how local startups can embrace technology in its operations.

Global companies like Apple, Microsoft, and Amazon adopt technologies to help solve daily lives problems of their customers. These companies use artificial intelligence and Echo device besides having established good online platforms.

Every year, Accenture Research and Accenture Labs normally develop Accenture Technology Vision. The 2018 reports covered over 6,000 startups in 25 different countries and 19 industries. Since the beginning, this marks the largest sample size ever by the organization.
