The launch of 360 Observability, a new managed service from Dimension Data, a leading provider of IT solutions and technology, has been announced. It enables businesses to gain deep visibility over their cloud-native applications, hybrid IT, and multicloud infrastructure, all of which are correlated to business context across the entire IT stack.

With a completely integrated approach to application performance, digital experiences, resource optimization, multicloud infrastructure, and network and application security, the solution powered by Cisco Full-Stack Observability moves beyond standard domain monitoring.

Teams can proactively detect, prioritize, and fix the most crucial problems that could affect the user experience and the entire organization using 360 Observability.

An Observability Maturity Assessment and Multicloud Application Monitoring are the two main parts of 360 Observability. Teams can align to business and IT goals and objectives by using the Observability Maturity Assessment, which offers the experience and information necessary to improve performance management and operational maturity. On the other hand, the Multicloud Application Monitoring provides data-driven insights into the performance of applications from the browser and mobile app to the middleware and backend databases.

Application and infrastructure health checks, customised monitoring dashboards, intelligent alarms and reports, and fault isolation and acceleration capabilities are just a few of 360 Observability’s standout features. As observability assessments optimize costs and performance, firms can obtain real-time, comprehensive visibility into the entire stack of available data, maximizing digital business revenue, encouraging proactive issue discovery at the source, and enabling quick remedy.

According to Jeff Jack, Principal Practice Head Cloud at Dimension Data, “At Dimension Data, we have a tradition of cooperation and partnership, and it is this ethos that has seen us help our clients manage digital and cloud transformation for the past 30 years”. A new chapter for both our clients and our business has begun with the introduction of the Observability solution throughout our region. By utilizing advanced analytics and automation to transform operations and create a superior customer experience, the solution will give businesses a tool that enables them to examine end-to-end performance across systems, applications, different clouds, and networks.

As a managed service, customers are demanding more advanced observability and analytics, according to Alexandra Zagury, vice president of partner managed and as-a-Service sales at Cisco. Dimension Data’s 360 Observability shows how these capabilities may be cooperatively created and provided, built on a foundation of Cisco Full-Stack Observability, to support our shared customers in achieving superior digital experiences, generating money, and hastening digital transformation.
