Xbox Series S and X Delays to be Expected in South Africa

TechInAfrica – The official statement from Prima Interactive (the company that responsible for Xbox distribution) informed that some stores in South Africa might receive their stock of the Series X | S on the launch day. Moreover, it is possibly a day late due to some unexpected logistical challenges.

Prima Interactive might want to advise that all stock has been sent to stores. With worldwide embargos considered that there is a small window for delivery to stores, and regardless of the best plans, delays happen.

Prima Interactive can affirm that they have fulfilled ALL PRE-ORDERS, then the store where they requested it has received the device. On the off chance that they have not got the notification that it is prepared for assortment or been transported, it would be better if customers check with the store they requested from for an update.

“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we are working closely with our logistics partner to limit any delays,” Prima Interactive says.
