Realme Partners with Jumia to increase Mobile Phone adoption in Africa

The largest pan-African e-commerce site, Jumia, has signed an agreement with Realme, the fastest-growing smartphone brand globally. This will give millions of people within Africa access to the new, innovative devices with the newest technology.

Realme will be able to open its official store on the Jumia platform as a result of the agreement. This will enable the company to connect with online customers in eleven African countries, beginning with Nigeria and moving on to Ghana, Kenya, and Cote D’ Ivoire and then moving on to the other countries in Africa where Jumia has operations.

Sandeep Narayanan, Vice President of Consumer Electronics at Jumia, commented on this new turn of events by saying: We are excited to begin investigating the various ways in which we could make our platform available to realme, thereby giving the company the chance to expand and get access to the African market.

Similar principles guide the two firms, and we are excited about the possibility of working together to give customers of Jumia access to top-of-the-line smartphones at competitive prices, all while maintaining the convenience of Jumia’s shopping platform.

In continuing his remarks, Narayanan said that Jumia’s mobile customers in Sub-Saharan Africa use their smartphones to access Jumia for their daily necessities, making Jumia one of the fastest-growing platforms in the region.

He went on to say that as a result of this and keeping all of this in mind. His firm looks forward to increasing the number of people who shop online in this area.

Realme General Manager MEA&CIS region, Jack Zhang, expressed his excitement about his firm’s new partnership with Jumia, the most successful e-commerce platform in the continent, provides its smartphones to customers all around Africa, saying that the agreement demonstrates our continuous commitment to the decentralization of technology by providing technology that was previously only available on flagship models available to a more significant number of customers.

As it is our objective to pace innovation with the trend for consumers all around the world, we are confident that the younger people in Africa will find that our goods provide the best of both worlds in terms of performance as well as cutting edge design
