The company serves both for corporate and consumers through a host of other local and international cybersecurity firms. It has a headquarter company in Slovakia and has been operating in Kenya for 3 years now ever since the regional opening in Nairobi in 2015.

As the Channel Manager of ESET East Africa (Kenya, Uganda, and Tazmania), Teddy Njoroge said that the award means that the company has done a great job in the field where it develops and uses professional cybersecurity products as well as services in the region. The acknowledgment they received shows what they have done to support their clients and their commitment to keeping offering the best internet and information security service in the market.

The ESET’s services focus on their clients where they offer free cybersecurity awareness training for both businesses as well as their employees to make sure that everything is on track. The awareness training also came from a realization where a majority of cyber breaches are triggered by employee errors as well as omissions.

They offer a 90-minutes online course training to reduce the potential and impact of cyber attacks and related data breaching. This also helps companies and organizations to meet with security compliance requirements. The training will be based on web and email protection modules. They will be taught to spot phishing emails, password practices, social engineering, and authentication and IoT security.
