TechInAfrica – The new 4-day bootcamp initiative is hosted to connect women-owned startups in South Africa with Silicon Valley.

Founder and CEO of StudEx and Africa Valley and co-founder Christoper Peralta started the initiative in partnership with Sibabalwe Sesman, a well-known businesswoman and women empowerment activist.

The bootcamp, which was held virtually, selected 10 startups to pitch to Silicon Valley and the end of the event. One startup will receive a revamp for its landing page to attract potential investors.

The bootcamp took place on 13-16 November 2020.
